Tour 1.......monday 17th

The next day it was beautifull sunny weather again and it stayed so till thursday.
We made a roundtour around the lake Totak ( E134 and way 362). The E134 leads from Oslo to Haugesund on the west coast, is an important route , but far from a highway.
A bit south of Rauland we saw these characteristic buildings. You find them more often in this part of Norway.
Above:....beside the E134...on the left picture the small road to Fossenuten where we wanted to visit a museum. But it was closed because the touristic season ended a few weeks before. That is the not-nice thing in this time of the year. The season starts roughly half of may. In this period many museums and art- and tourist-shops in the countryside are closed.

In Edland, a bit east of Haukeligrend, we took road 362 back to Rauland. It was a gorgeous route on the northside of the lake.

On some places , where the sun doesn't come till spring, they are already growing....a bit winter already. And we would see many more and bigger ones the next day.

The lake is named Totak. There was no wind this day and the surface was like a mirror. The blue colour of the water, the yellow autumn trees , it was absolutely gorgeous. And we were so very lucky to have this beautifull weather.
